Excellent customer service. Five stars!First purchase - Was so excited to start using the tripod only to learn it arrived today broken in the package. The fastener that locks the tripod leg in place was broken. Returning item. Hopefully the replacement is new and in good condition as expected.

While I have yet to use the Pivo, as I had planned, the Trippod has been put to multiple uses. - It is not just a Pivo tripod, I use it for the GoPro, for the ring light, and other things that need to be elevated.It has a simple screw on it that fits most anything that could be mounted on a tripod. It is sturdy enough and has a lot of different heights. The base is adjustable and low, so it works for a variety of shots.

26-08-2024Incrediblely Low foot print compared to a regular tripod. I added my preferred ball head and was able to setup (Fujifilm X-H2 w/ 200mm lens) quickly in a crowded space because the legs are only 12 inches apart at minimum width and 28in apart at maximum. Its completely stable for long exposure nigh shoots or landscape shoots.
